What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. It is important to note we are only at our office location with appointment, we are not available for drop-in.
How do I book a tour or reserve equipment?
While our website is under construction, bookings for tours and ATV rentals can be made via email, or by calling our direct line at 902.818.5180.
Do I need a drivers license to rent equipment?
Yes, all renters/drivers must have a valid drivers license and be 19 years or older.
Can I rent an ATV for a group event?
Yes, we offer group rentals for events. Please contact us for
rates and arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a 50% fee.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of $2000 per ATV, which will be returned upon inspection of the vehicle.
Do you provide safety gear?
We provide helmets and gloves with every rental.
Can children ride as passengers?
Children over the age of 10 can ride as passengers in a SxS and must be 16 or older to ride as a passenger on an ATV with a parent or guardian. Proper safety gear is required for all passengers.
What if I have never driven an ATV before?
No problem! Our guide will provide a thorough safety briefing and orientation to ensure you're comfortable before heading out.
Can we swap out drivers halfway through our tour?
Absolutely, as long as they have a valid drivers license and have signed all waivers prior to driving.
Can I book the 4-seater for our guided tour?
Yes, but the tour will start from a slightly different location to accommodate the size of the machine
What happens incase of bad weather?
We ride rain or shine, but in the case of severe weather conditions, we may reschedule or cancel rentals for safety reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Do I need to bring anything on my guided tour?
For your upcoming adventure, we've got equipment and safety gear covered, so there's no need to worry about bringing anything. However, to make your experience even more enjoyable, we recommend packing a few personal items. Sunscreen and bug spray will help keep you comfortable throughout the day, while a small snack and a bottle of water are great for staying energized and hydrated on the go. These simple additions can enhance your adventure and ensure you're prepared for anything nature throws your way.
